My First Pieces of Mail...

This is a picture of my first pieces of mail at my new apartment...pretty exciting huh?  It would have been, except those are all gas bills!  At first I was worried, but then I realized how horribly ridiculous this was...I had just received about 12 gas bills, summing up to the equivalent of hundreds of dollars.  I had only been in my apartment for 5 days!  Oh, I'm loving this.
So I just showed the bills to my co-teacher, and she put them in someone else's mailbox in my apartment.  I found out there are 14 units in my apartment building, so obviously I received the whole building's gas bills...crazy funny.

Hey, Sara!!! It's Kersti here. I just read your three latest blogs. Wow! Sounds like things just keep getting better and better. What an answered prayer. Praise the Lord for Hillary and Bok-jah, too! That must be such a comfort to you and Holly to have their friendship! And whoohoo about your cell-phone! Yikesaby! How crazy is that about the bajillion gas bills you received!!! LOL How was orientation this week? I got today off because my teacher got a sub this Friday, so it was fun to sleep in, but I missed the kids. I am learning to be more firm. =) And the kids are so much fun! They can be so loud, though. =) I even challenged them to be silent for four minutes and I timed them and we did a silent cheer, waving our arms around, every time we reached another minute of complete quiet! =) It was hilarious! Can't wait to hear more about your students! Been praying for you. Love, Kersti
